Rental Policies

Reservation Deposit:

We no longer take reservation deposits. We bill rental and delivery fees 14 days prior to rental date. 

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $500.00 is required in addition to rental fees. This is held to cover the deductible portion of the insurance in case of collision. Also held to cover losses or damages other than collision. Any breakdowns or expenses that occur from negligence, abuse or misuse will not be reimbursed. We have up to 72 hours to inspect the rental unit after return or pick up. If the unit is returned undamaged and clean the deposit will be returned within 7 business days. 

Rental/Delivery Fees:

Full payment of rental/delivery fees, deposit and sales tax are due 7 days prior to delivery. We deliver, set up and pickup all our travel trailers, we do not allow for customer hauling. 

Check out/in:

Our business hours are by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled for each renter. Please call if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late. Allow one hour for inspection and instructions on the operation of the unit. All units are to be returned in the same condition as they were prior to rental. Prior to return the unit is to be cleaned inside and out. All personal belongings are to be removed. Black and grey water holding tanks will be emptied by our staff upon pick up, the renter is responsible for emptying if tanks are full prior to pick up. If the unit is not returned as stated above, there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $75.00 from the security deposit and could result in loss of your security deposit. A fee of $5.00 per key will be charged for lost or broken keys. 



All units are non-smoking. Smoke odor or damage will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 and could result in loss of your security deposit.



No pets are allowed inside rental units. Any pet odors or damage will result in a minimum cleaning fee $100.00 and could result in loss of your security deposit.

Propane Tanks:

Propane is provided at no extra charge. No need to refill tanks unless you empty both tanks during your trip. If you have to refill a propane tank the cost will be reimbursed with a receipt for the propane.

Break Downs:

If it is necessary to make repairs during your trip, receipts and old parts must be returned to us for reimbursement. If repairs cost more than $100.00 you must have prior approval. If a break down occurs not due to negligence, misuse or abuse and takes longer than one day of your trip to fix we will deduct that days rental from your rental fees.
